Fall and Winter Holiday Preparedness 2018

Our support team will be working extended hours to help you through the holidays. From November 5th through January 3rd we'll be available:
  • 6:00 am to 5:00 pm PST ​Monday through Friday
  • On Sundays via email
  • On Saturdays and national holidays, for emergency issues only
If you do run into trouble, we've put together this guide to explain how to report issues to Support.


Our engineering team will be monitoring all systems around the clock. Additionally we'll have:
  • Two engineers on call every day from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm PST for critical issues. 
  • Issues impacting system availability will be posted to our status page
  • We have a partial code freeze from November 12th through January 1st. No new features or enhancements will be released. We will still be resolving critical bugs and performance issues during this timeframe, should they arise.
