Automatic Order Splitting

To ship as quickly as possible, use Automatic Order Splitting to divide fulfillments and re-route them to the warehouse that can ship them soonest, with no manual interaction required.

Note: This feature is available only on certain Stitch X pricing plans. If you’re unsure whether your plan includes this feature, please contact Support.

On qualifying plans, Automatic Order Splitting can be toggled on at the channel level by going to Integrations > Channels > Settings and scrolling to the section labeled Order Settngs
Automatic Order Splitting

​Your Customer Success Manager will train you in detail about the benefits and limitations of automatic order splitting.

When this feature is enabled, if no single location can fulfill the entire order based on routing rules, Stitch will try to fulfill part of the order by splitting off a second fulfillment if a location can fulfill any portion of the order.

If your plan does not include Automatic Order Splitting, you can always split fulfillments manually.
