How can we help?
Geographic Order Routing
Note: This feature is available on High Growth and Premium plans.
AvailabilityBy default, geographic routing rules only apply if the geo-matched warehouse has available stock. To geo-route regardless of availability, be sure to enable the setting:
GeographyRoute by country, state, or US census region:
CountryRoute orders by country code, selecting one or more countries.
StateRoute orders by state. Separate multiple states by commas (e.g., California, New York).
Note: Sales channels import states differently. Check your orders to see how orders' states appear (e.g., New York vs. NY). If in doubt, add both separated by a comma.
RegionRoute orders by US census region:
Northeast Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Pennsylvania. Midwest Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, Wisconsin, and South Dakota. South Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia, and Texas. West Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Wyoming, and Washington.
PriorityStitch will route to the first matching warehouse according to the priority you set:
Important: Orders from Shopify POS will be fulfilled from the POS Fulfillment Warehouse specified.
You'll set routing rules for Alaska and Canada. All other orders will go through the United States warehouse—your default fulfillment warehouse.
