If running Stitch's Magento Extension v.1.0.10+, Stitch also receives shipping information from Magento:

Comments added to Magento shipments show as shipment notes in Stitch
If tracking added to previously imported shipment, creates second shipment in Stitch
Add Tracking Information Creates a second Shipment in Stitch for original Packing Slip
Tracking Numbers in Magento are added to 'Tracking Number' in Stitch.
If you've enabled Push Order Info (Integrations > Channels > Channel Settings), Stitch sends the following order status updates to Magento:

Shipped If previously invoiced, updates order to Complete on Magento
If not invoiced, updates order to Processing on Magento
Stitch sends tracking info to Magento

Note: Updates made to shipments and tracking numbers in Magento won't update packing slips and shipments that were previously imported into Stitch.

Order Details

Stitch imports new orders on each sync, pulling in line items, customer info, and order financials. Subsequent changes to order details (post-sync) won't import into Stitch.

Customer Info

Stitch imports customer info for each sale. Contact updates made in Magento after receipt of the order in Stitch will not transfer to Stitch.
