Status - Unfulfillable

The fulfillment has not met the requirements for automatically routing to your shipping solution, and the reasons will be listed on the status card. They could include the following:
  • Invalid shipping address (which can be edited directly from the fulfillment)
  • Order source is Point-of-Sale (and likely fulfilled in-person at the time of purchase)
  • Fulfillment is from a historical order
  • Order doesn’t meet fulfillment criteria
Click Hold to pause routing until the fulfillment is once again released.

Click Edit to edit or split the fulfillment prior to release.
