Status - On Hold

Fulfillments that are On Hold will not route to your shipping solution until manually released. Fulfillments created by manual orders are On Hold by default.

Click Release, and in the modal, either release the fulfillment back to its original routing rules (channel orders only) or manually release it, making it immediately available for processing by your shipping solution.

Click Edit to either edit or split the fulfillment prior to release.

Note: This feature is available only on our latest version, Stitch X.
