Integrations Overview

The Integrations page is where you'll manage how information flows in and out of Stitch. There are four subpages, accessible only to admins and account owners:

Note: This article applies to both our Stitch X and Stitch Classic Versions.


When you click on the Integrations tab, you'll land here by default. Here you can integrate new channels, adjust settings for existing ones, and view high-level details for each integrated channel:
To add a new channel, click Add Channel. Stitch automatically syncs with integrated sales channels, but you can perform a manual sync by pressing Sync.


In Stitch, the items you sell on your channel are called channel listings. To manage inventory and orders from Stitch, link each listing to corresponding Stitch inventory.

Unlinked Orders

This page displays any orders that aren't linked to Stitch inventory. If you see an unlinked order, take immediate action.
